I have enjoyed Facebook the most by far. I find Facebook to be extremely interactive and easy to get attention as well as appropriate feedback. Facebook is so large that if you can reach the right people and know exactly who to advertise to, your company can be extremely successful. I really enjoyed advertising my company on Facebook because we are able to reach out to our specific population: high school students and college students. The one that I disliked the most was Twitter. My messages tend to be informative and therefore a bit large and Twitter just did not have as many people in our population to be able to reach out to. I think that the best way to stay organized is to have a plan of what it is that will be posted and to post stuff consistently. This consistency is what ultimate keeps bringing customers back and drive them into the product that one has to offer. I have only really ever contacted a company once and that was when one time my little brother bought a very expensive plane (one of those with a controller that flies very high) and it broke down after a couple of days. Luckily, it came with a 90 day guarantee and i called them and emailed them and they responded with “you have to talk to the store” and we talked to the store and they said “you have to talk to the manufacturer”, which was really annoying. Honestly, I do think that social media does make it easier to get problem solved because social media makes everything be much more transparent, good and bad things. It makes the defects of certain products public, forcing the manufacture to fix them or let the company suffer from public opinion.
