Week 5 Post 1


Subway vs Hungry Bear: 
The websites are very different because both restaurants try to go for a slightly different experience. Subway’s website is much more sophisticated and has a very cool design. Subways website is just like that of most big name fast food places, it promotes its new items, special and shows you their exquisite food that you can get anytime. While Hungry Bear’s website might not be as sophisticated, they still have a pretty smooth design that draws you into their food and makes you think that it is a much higher quality restaurant. Hungry bear does not go for that daily meal, instead they go for that special occasion and you can see through their website and choice of words.

My Business: 
My business is called Student Success and it is a product that if I had the opportunity to capitalize on, I would totally do it. It is not a thing yet, but I would like to make it one day. Student Success is a program that is used to help students decide what career they should decide on, learn more about college, find connections to people and resources to feel more engaged with college and much more. I think that the company I start would be built around this idea.

I have enjoyed Facebook the most by far. I find Facebook to be extremely interactive and easy to get attention as well as appropriate feedback. Facebook is so large that if you can reach the right people and know exactly who to advertise to, your company can be extremely successful. I really enjoyed advertising my company on Facebook because we are able to reach out to our specific population: high school students and college students. Week 14 Post

The Facebook ads that I created will be very successful. The three Facebook ads are consistent and hold a slightly different message. The message for each is geared towards a slightly different population. The first is geared towards the general audience and welcomes any person in the US that would be willing to learn more about our company. The second ad is geared towards high school student specifically. Here we show what the college life is like, what college is best for you, what career is best for you with quizzes and matches your school, major and city to best fit the high school students need. The last ad is about community college students. Here we offer more information about transferring to the school that is best for you in terms of prestige, cost, location, school size, school engagement/student life and so much more. Week 10 Post 2

I think that the best way to stay organized is to have a plan of what it is that will be posted and to post stuff consistently. This consistency is what ultimate keeps bringing customers back and drive them into the product that one has to offer.
